Artificial graphite powder is a black powder baked from a specific proportion of silicon carbide and coke. It has excellent electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity and chemical stability. Its production process mainly includes carbonized graphite process and chemical vapor deposition process.
In the carbonized graphite process, natural graphite or graphite powder undergoes a carbonization reaction at high temperature to generate artificial graphite. In the chemical vapor deposition process, by selecting a suitable carbon source gas and decomposing it at high temperature, the carbon atoms will rearrange to form a graphite film.
